What if I need to cancel or reschedule my ride?

If you are looking for assistance getting to or from a doctor’s appointment, we are here to help you. We are proud to provide reliable transportation services for people with a wide variety of medical needs. We would be happy to help you as well. Of course, we understand that there are going to be questions from time to time. What happens if you need to cancel or reschedule your ride? There are a few points that you should keep in mind.

If You Need To Reschedule, Let Us Know as Early as Possible
Please understand that we have a lot of people with a wide variety of medical needs. Therefore, we need to plan in advance, just like you. At the same time, we understand that plans can change occasionally. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your ride, please let us know as early as possible. That way, we can make plans and ensure that our services can be used to meet the needs of other people.

Provide Us at Least 12 Hours’ Notice
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least 12 hours of notice. Ideally, we would like to have 24 hours of notice so that we can offer your time slot to someone else who needs it. If you cancel in less than 12 hours, other fees may apply. To avoid these fees, please cancel outside of our 12-hour window.

A Cancellation in Under 12 Hours Will Be Considered Late
If you cancel within 12 hours or cancel when we arrive, full payment for the trip will still be expected. If we arrive on-site, and you are unable to make the trip (or no longer need to go), the full price of the trip will still apply. All of our stretcher transport payments are prepaid and cancellation fees will apply to these services as well.

We Will Be as Flexible as Possible
When it comes to medical services, we understand that circumstances can change. For example, your symptoms may worsen, and you could require emergency transport. Or, you may have family members in town who can provide you with effective transportation to your doctor’s appointment. Therefore, we are going to be as flexible as possible.

On the other hand, in order to meet the needs of all of our clients, we do and force our cancellation policies. Even though we will be as flexible as possible with you, we would also like you to be understanding of our own circumstances and the needs of other patients. In order for us to help you, please abide by our cancellation policy.
