If you decide to partner with Express, understand that patient safety is always at the top of our priority list. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on individuals, families, and small businesses. We take a variety of pandemic precautions to make sure that everyone is kept safe during the trip, including our staff members. If you decide to book a ride with us, we will make sure all appropriate safety precautions are taken care of. What are a few examples of the precautions you should expect if you decide to work with Express? ## **All Vehicles Are Cleaned and Sanitized Regularly** First, understand that you should expect to have access to a clean, sanitized vehicle. We always clean the vehicle before each trip, and we perform a deep clean once per day. We understand that different people are going to be in our transport vehicles during the day, and we want to minimize the chances of anyone getting sick. We use powerful cleaning solutions to make sure we keep the risk of infection transmission as low as possible, and we stay up to date on all of the recommendations from governmental bodies. We adjust our cleaning regimen regularly based on information published by medical organizations.  ## **Mask and Hand Sanitizer During the Trip** Our passengers should expect to be asked to wear a mask during the trip. Furthermore, we understand that you may have family members and friends who want to accompany you, but we only allow one extra person to ride in our vehicles with our clients. This is important for reducing the chances of someone getting sick. We will have hand sanitizer available, so if you would like some, all you have to do is ask. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one on request. If you believe that you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, we encourage you to reach out to us ahead of time.  ## **We Can Take Additional Precautions** We also understand that there are situations where additional precautions might be required. Perhaps you have a medical condition that leads to a weakened immune system, or perhaps you have other complications that require additional attention. Our goal is to make sure you are as safe as possible, so if there are additional precautions that need to be taken, do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your safety is our top priority, and we will customize your trip to meet your needs.  ## **Rely on Express To Keep You Safe During Your Journey** At Express, your safety is our top priority. This means not only your physical safety but your medical safety as well. If you have any specific concerns about your trip, we encourage you to reach out ahead of time. That way, we can take the appropriate precautions. Understand that all of our vehicles are cleaned regularly, and all of our drivers are highly trained to make sure they minimize the risk of any potential infectious transmission. Give us a call today to book your next appointment with us, and let us make sure that you reach your destination safely. #### Categories - [COVID-19](https://yourexpresstransportation-7887936.hs-sites.com/blog/tag/covid-19) - [Medical Transportation Services](https://yourexpresstransportation-7887936.hs-sites.com/blog/tag/medical-transportation-services) - [Non-Emergency Transportation](https://yourexpresstransportation-7887936.hs-sites.com/blog/tag/non-emergency-transportation) - [Stretcher Transport](https://yourexpresstransportation-7887936.hs-sites.com/blog/tag/stretcher-transport) - [Uncategorized](https://yourexpresstransportation-7887936.hs-sites.com/blog/tag/uncategorized) #### Subscribe to Our Blog #### Stay Up to Date with the latest transport tips and news “During the past years, Express Transportation has provided safe and reliable transportation for our patients.
