The Driver Will Arrive in Advance** We want to make sure that you arrive on time for your appointment. Therefore, all of our clients should expect the driver to arrive one hour before the appointment time. Depending on how far you have to go for your appointment, the exact arrival time may vary by a few minutes; however, we will let you know exactly when the driver is going to come. That way, you can prepare yourself accordingly. If there are any delays, we will let you know in advance. ## **2. Door To Door Service** If you decide to partner with us, you should expect the driver to provide you with door-to-door services. That means that the driver will walk, wheel, or help you to the vehicle. If you have stairs in front of your house, that is not a problem. We have a ramp available. If you would like to use a wheelchair, we always have one you can use. The driver will also assist you with the transfer process, making sure that you are totally secure in the vehicle before the ride begins.  ## **3. Appointment Check-In** Once we get to your destination, the driver will make sure that you are checked in and registered at the front desk. You should understand exactly what will happen during your appointment, and the driver will not leave until it is clear you are at the right place. The driver will also inquire about the duration of your appointment to make sure he or she comes back to pick you up on time.  ## **4. A Ride Home** Before departing, the driver will provide the clerk with a business card so that the office can reach out when it is time to pick you up. When your appointment is done, you should expect the driver to be waiting for you. There will be total clarity of that when the driver will arrive to take you home.
